The person purchasing the Certificate can transfer it toany person at his own discretion, while the acquirer is obligedto inform the persons receiving the Certificate about these Rules.In case of ignorance of these Rules by the Certificate Holders, theCompany for claims related to their lack of the above information isnot responsible for direct or indirect losses associated with their use.
